NOVEMBER 25-26, 2024 (Monday/Tuesday event)
Entry fee for all players will be $260.00 payable only by credit card on the ussptour.com registration page under the heading of Amateur entry fee – $260.00. Only the first 40 registered paid players will be eligible. No Cash will be accepted. All players will have to fill out a W-9 form, ussptour.com waiver form, and a Direct Deposit form in which you must present your Bank routing # and your bank account # for all payments.

Seniors 45 and older play the Blue Tees / Juniors 44 and younger will play the Black Tees

Breakdown of events: Each day separate. First 40 players registered online only: Ball will be played down and all putts will be holed out!! ($50.00 of the $260.00 will be used for green fees, administrative, and credit card fees) $110.00 will go directly to payoffs each day.
$50.00 – Gross Skins
$10.00 – Net Skins (10 handicap max & must have a Ghin# to be eligible).
$25.00 – Gross Individual score
$15.00 – Net Individual Score
$ 5.00 – Closest to the Pins prizes
$ 5.00- $500.00 pot plus entries – All holes in ones will split half the pot daily.
Daily Payoffs based on 40 players @$110.00 = $4,400.00
Gross Skins: $2,000.00 / Net skins: $400.00
Gross Indiv. score: 1st $400.00 2nd $300.00 3rd $200 4th $100.00
Net Indiv. Score: 1st $300.00 2nd $200.00 3rd $100.00
Closest to the Pins: each par three will be worth $50.00 each
Hole in one pot will start at $700.00

SENIOR DIVISION: 45 AND OLDER
JUNIOR DIVISION: 44 AND YOUNGER
A Senior may also opt to play in the Junior Division for an extra $110.00 and must play the back tees. Any Junior may opt to play in the Open Division for an extra $110.00 to the Open pot. A Senior amateur may also opt to play in the Junior Division for an extra $110.00 but, must play the back tees if playing the Junior Division.
Professional fees: Members will be $310.00 Amateurs: $260.00
Membership: $200.00
Membership good for One year from January 1, 2024 thru December 31, 2024
Tees: Junior Professionals – Back Tees. 7200 yards
Seniors Professionals 45-49 – 7000 yards
Senior professionals 50 and older 6,800 yards
Tees may be subject to change on the shorter courses.. by the Tournament Committee
